Very unprofessional and rude staff.
I highly recommend Matrix Steel. The whole process for our shed, from ordering to build was fantastic. Brett is extremely professional and very knowledgeable, he kept us up to date every step of the way, no questions went unanswered. The build was completed professionally in a timely manner, very happy customers. Thank you Brett and the build team.
We have been dealing with Brett P since 2025 when we initially were quoted. Due to our house build being held up we were unable to move ahead with the shed. Brett keep constant contact with us and when we were ready he helped us out. His communication was brilliant, sending emails every stage and letting us know if there would be any hold ups. Work has finished ahead of what he advised us it would be and the shed looks great. Thank you Brett and team for your brilliant efforts. Kelly & Dave
No updates despite us continually driving this been almost 4 months now with posts in the ground only Person handling our job should not be in a customer service role
