We had a basement flood and they came out within 3 hours at 11:00 pm and started the clean up process. They were very professional , clean, and thorough. They were also helpful and quick getting us through the Insurance claim process. In addition , Matrix did our rebuild and again did a great job with very little disruption.

We highly recommend Matrix Restoration Services. Matrix Restoration was highly recommended to remediate a mold issue in the duct board in our home’s HVAC air ducts. We were very happy that we chose to work with Paul and Matrix. Paul was able to come to our home quickly to meet with Priority Comfort to coordinate the Matrix remediation work and Priority to install the new sheet metal duct work promptly so we could get our heat back on since this occurred in November. Paul and the Matrix team were very thorough dealing with our home mold issue. They communicated well and Paul got everything done with quality service, including a few unexpected issues along the way that did not greatly change the price of services. Great quality work I would happily recommend them to anyone needing quality mold remediation.

We hired Matrix to repair drywall and floor damage caused by a leak. From the beginning, Ed Siger promptly returned my calls and texts. When he came to the house he was always on time. I was very impressed with how well the remediation work was done, which led me to hire Matrix to do the repairs. We were away for the five days Matrix worked at our house. We recently experienced mold and water damages to our bathroom from a soil pipe leak. When I called Matrix Restoration Services, Ed was here the next day. He examined the damages and gave me a complete estimate for the mitigation and rebuild the following day. All the work was performed and completed within his estimated time frame.
