This is the second time we’ve worked with Juan, and he continues to impress us. He is professional, skilled, and knows exactly what he’s doing. He even helped us with a last-minute project, and the results were exactly what we wanted.
In April of 2024, I reached out to Juan when I suspected an issue with my home's foundation. Juan came out within a day or two and confirmed what I had suspected. He gave me a couple of options, both which I thought were fairly priced and we moved forward with the repairs. The quote included repairs to the interior walls that had cracks from the foundation shifting. I had to come back and correctly critic Matrix Renovation Corp. The first day of work they left my home messy. They did not cover anything so my kitchen, dining area and living room was covered with paint dust. It should go without saying customers shouldn’t have to ask you to clean up your mess before leaving. The work took longer than desired due to improper material used or not used. Juan was responsive, knowledgeable, and punctual. He provided guidance on the best practices associated with the project and completed the work in a timely manner, providing updates throughout. I will 100% be using Matrix Renovations again!
If you want the best, you’ve got to choose Juan and his team. He recently completed our hardwood flooring (install and refinish), drywall repair, interior paint, and a complete closet renovation. Among countless other smaller jobs!! He’s responsive and trustworthy, which can be hard to find out there. Juan will be a staple in this home for years to come because how would we live without him? You won’t regret working with these guys!
