I don’t understand how people can’t fill out paperwork that’s the hardest part. I can and I have a disability
Would give zero stars if I could, my spouse scheduled an intake appointment and it was confirmed. Then on the day of the appointment he drove to the office and no one was manning reception, we both tried to call, and just hit a recording that they were in a staff meeting. Absolutely ridiculous.
Make sure you get your paperwork done. They will cancel your appointment regardless of where you are at mentally if it is not finished by the deadline. Pretty disappointing to say the absolute least.
