This company stores your information whether you like it or not. I paid a power bill one time for a family member from my bank account. The following month when said family member called to pay, the system asked if they wanted to use the account number ending in ####. and the person said yes so I am out 320$ this morning and they will not reimburse me. BEWARE of paying through this company! Kentucky Power Co. should never use them.
They cold called to sell us their services and I said I was not interested. Since then they have emailed me three times in two weeks. Do not work with this company, their strategy seems to be to harass potential customers until they give in.
I received a sales call from Matrix Payment Systems, and the person with whom I spoke was incredibly rude. He said that his name was Shawn, asked if my company processed credit cards, and asked to send over an info packet. I said no thank you, we're not interested, and I asked him to remove us from his call list. He responded in a very condescending tone, "Um, I'm sorry, do you even understand why I'm calling?" Now my Rewards, Corporate & Business cards that I accept no longer downgrade to a higher rate! They are also fantastic with Mail Order and website integration.
