I had an ultrasound booked for today and one earlier in the week. Both times I had a wonderful experience especially I would like to mention Lisa the monographs who made sure I was completely at ease and talked the whole procedure through with me. Excellent service.
My partner attended the clinic on Tuesday to get an ultrasound done and pointed out that the results were needed urgently. My partner was told results were going to be expedited and that she should schedule a telehealth appointment for the Thursday... lo and behold, the results are not ready and the telehealth appointment was a waste of time. Do not promise patients to get stuff expedited. Especially when there is a public holiday coming up. Just very very disappointing.
Great place! Quick to book appointments, on time and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommended.
