Please Dr Stacy go back to having your own surgery, when we could actually get an appointment to see you and speak to you direct? Now, we may as well not have you as our GP as we never get to see you and become part of the poor practice of being given anyone who is available (which takes weeks if you are lucky!), no one will pass on emails, everything is undertaken via a very poor website ! What happened to the excellent practice when you were in Hempstead! Please move back and leave this surgery!!!

Absolutely disgusting service my wife who has had skin cancer twice went as she had 2 suspicious moles and the doctor Diane’s them saying she lying as she could only get skin cancer if over 60, she’s had it twice already and gave her a cram for excema. Needless to say this will be raised with the GP surgery and the GMC. Shocking and unprofessional.
The Practice Nurse is great, but there are other issues. I have multiple chronic conditions, yet I am struggling to get the health care I need.
