We are building a new house and I wanted to get all the countertops in natural stone and Laura came as a blessing. She helped me find the right solution in my budget and along the way helped in answering all questions. She has been amazing to work with and I would recommend to talk to her for anyone looking to get natural stone for their projects. Nadia, Stan and installation team also were very helpful and know their job to the best of industry standards! Highly recommended 😊
Very professional service at every step - material selection, sales, templating and installation. Staff is excellent with great communication and advice. This is the second time I have bought from Matrix and I chose them again because I was confident that the final product would meet my expectations.
We ended up with beautiful stone in our home, and Laura in the showroom was nothing short of lovely. There were aspects of this install that were challenging. We had to be persistent to reach a resolution, but we did get there in the end. Our sincere hope—and our final message to the owner—is this: please respond to a customer's emails when an install doesn't go well. Waiting until they post a very negative public review isn't the wisest approach. That said, I would now recommend Matrix Marble and Stone to others.
I stopped in on a Saturday, and the employee working there was an absolute delight. She was so helpful and made really wonderful suggestions for my kitchen renovation, and gave several suggestions based on her training, and experience. Her kindness, and easy professionalism made a significant impact on my design process. We toured the yard and she made suggestions on which marble she thought I would like based on our conversations.
