Matrix Marble did an absolutely incredible job on my stone projects. The craftsmanship is second to none—tight margins on the install, flawless details and extra-thick slabs with so much beautiful movement in the textures. Our Experience with Matrix Marble – A Mixed Journey We had a mixed experience with Matrix Marble. To start on a positive note, Laura in the front office was fantastic—smart, personable, and great to work with. We were happy with our initial quote for both the fireplace and backsplash work. Templating with Stan, however, raised some concerns. Hands down 5 stars from beginning to end!! We stopped into Matrix to view some counters for our dream kitchen and fell in love immediately with Vancouver Marble. The customer service was exceptional!! A special shout out to Laura who went above and beyond for us. The entire installation team was excellent, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you again for the amazing work you all did and for helping us build our dream kitchen.
I had such an awesome experience with Matrix Marble! Due to my poor planning I was in a bit of a rush for a marble fireplace hearth with some pretty specific dimensions. Evo and team were so helpful! We got our hearth in record time and it fit perfectly. We are looking forward to working with them again for our next project!
