Our Experience with Matrix Marble – A Mixed Journey We had a mixed experience with Matrix Marble. To start on a positive note, Laura in the front office was fantastic—smart, personable, and great to work with. We were happy with our initial quote for both the fireplace and backsplash work. Templating with Stan, however, raised some concerns. Hands down 5 stars from beginning to end!! We stopped into Matrix to view some counters for our dream kitchen and fell in love immediately with Vancouver Marble. The customer service was exceptional!! A special shout out to Laura who went above and beyond for us. The entire installation team was excellent, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you again for the amazing work you all did and for helping us build our dream kitchen.
I had such an awesome experience with Matrix Marble! Due to my poor planning I was in a bit of a rush for a marble fireplace hearth with some pretty specific dimensions. Evo and team were so helpful! We got our hearth in record time and it fit perfectly. We are looking forward to working with them again for our next project!
When we decided it was time to remodel our kitchen several people suggested we visit Matrix Marble in Duncan and we're so glad we made the journey up from Victoria. Laura Fraser and her team showed us a wide variety of product and after a couple of trips over the Malahat we decided on a beautiful Juparana Viara Granite. Wow, the installation team was fast and efficient and before we knew it we had the kitchen of a lifetime. We couldn't recommend Matrix Marble more highly!
We have used Matrix Marble several times in the past and so when we had a small bathroom counter to replace it was the natural choice to return to them. Once again, good choice on our part. Selection of material was good and well advised; installation was scheduled quickly; installation team were quick, clean, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Job well done, start to finish. Highly recommended.
