Danny from Matrix Locksmith use to be amazing! He would get the job done, and his pricing was by far the best in the city!! …… That was long ago, now he doesn’t return phone calls, and I found out he uses cheap garbage Chinese aftermarket keys, many have stopped working after he has programmed them, some even after few days….. he says he will come back, but that drags on for weeks or months, breaking empty promises continuously, very bad attitude. Maybe he can learn from this. Now I’m sadly a former customer, Zero stars.
I can’t be more positive about the experience I had with David from Matrix. He was incredible responsive from Day 1 - which happened to be the Family Day long weekend! - and was completely focused on finding a solution to our complex problem. He did a huge amount of research, developed and delivered exceptional work for us. I would recommend David to anyone who needs a trusted, reliable and impressive locksmith.
I had a great experience with matrix locksmith recently. My tenant had trouble with their door late afternoon and needed an urgent repair. They quickly assessed the situation and informed me that the proper repair would require ordering the broken lock which could take some time. In the meantime David was able to provide a temporary solution. I was very impressed with their honesty and punctuality. I highly recommend matrix locksmith services.

Had David from Matrix come by and take a look at our doors so as to increase security. He was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided some great advice, and did some immediate installation and a couple hours later some more, then cleaned up after himself. He was honest and a pleasure to deal with, and the pricing was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend & would definitely use again.
