My sprinter van rear differential had problems. I was quoted a price for repair at another shop. After hearing the price I started calling around and spoke to Christian at Matrix. After asking about the problem and listening to his prior experience with rear differential issues I towed the vehicle to Matrix. After diagnosing the problem they proceeded to fix it quickly and communicated with me along the way. The price to fix was 3 times less than the quote at the other shop. Best experience I have had at a shop.
Matrix has been working with us to upgrade and maintain our 2024 Winnebago Revel 4x4 since we purchased it summer 2024. Jeremy was especially helpful and patient when we were looking to upgrade the suspension early on. Matrix installed in one day the Van Compass stage 4.3 upgrade. Jeremy also at the time helped us troubleshoot a broken wiring harness under the driver-side seat that required a Mercedes visit. Christian and the team at Matrix went above and beyond to diagnose and replace a failing alternator in just a couple of days. From taking my call even when the shop was closed on New Year’s Day, to overnighting the part, they were super helpful. Happy to have Matrix take care of both of my vehicles, in Portland and now Bend.
