Brett did a fantastic job. He came in and before even entering the basement sat down to get to know what we wanted. He was extensive on the design and pricing and spent time answering any and all concerns.
Quality work and stayed true to our timeline. Jim was great at handling the project and always responsive when we had questions/concerns. Highly recommend Matrix if you need a basement remodel!
As I received many quotes from companies, Matrix was the first that came out. They had great communication and showed up on time. The good ends there. They were $70k more than any other company (including basement plus, which they said is their only competitor).
