Kevin of Matrix is phenomenal! I say he’s a miracle worker! He knows his stuff. I had a major problem with my boiler system controls - 4 thermostats/zones. Kevin performed extensive diagnostics and completely rewired the spaghetti like mess and installed a new control panel, plus new thermostats. Incredible job working well!

Kevin is amazing! He installed our air conditioning in our home which is over 100 years old and it has been working beautifully. We had one issue 7 years later and he came out immediately and fixed it during a thunderstorm. And then checked in with us Days later to be sure that it was still working well. We wholeheartedly recommend Kevin and matrix heating and cooling.

I called Matrix to do a yearly maintenance on my AC and Furnace. Kevin was very knowledgeable and honest. Pricing was very clear and transparent. I appreciated doing business with such a stand up guy. He gave me a few tip and tricks to ensure I avoid potential future repairs. He is a true expert in his field.

I have been doing my own plumbing and homeowner repairs for the last 30 years. Sometimes you don’t know who you can trust.. There are times when a repair is beyond my skill set. I meant to write this review last year, when Kevin helped me with an emergency repair (during PEAK demand for plumbers, in winter heating season.)
