Kevin is amazing! He installed our air conditioning in our home which is over 100 years old and it has been working beautifully. We had one issue 7 years later and he came out immediately and fixed it during a thunderstorm. And then checked in with us Days later to be sure that it was still working well. We wholeheartedly recommend Kevin and matrix heating and cooling.

I called Matrix to do a yearly maintenance on my AC and Furnace. Kevin was very knowledgeable and honest. Pricing was very clear and transparent. I appreciated doing business with such a stand up guy. He gave me a few tip and tricks to ensure I avoid potential future repairs. He is a true expert in his field.

I have been doing my own plumbing and homeowner repairs for the last 30 years. Sometimes you don’t know who you can trust.. There are times when a repair is beyond my skill set. I meant to write this review last year, when Kevin helped me with an emergency repair (during PEAK demand for plumbers, in winter heating season.) He came in with very little notice, and did an electronic component repair to the furnace, that another plumber was not able to do. Today, He came for a similar repair. Turns out it was not needed. My A/C broke one day, and I called Matrix. I did have warranty but their techs were busy so they suggested to call my own and then I will be reimbursed. Issue was with 2 small parts that got rusted ($50 value), the charge was $580. I did not care about it much, as I thought to be reimbursed, and Ok'ed the job.Well, the Matrix tech in convo with my warranty told them that I did not maintain the unit, supplied pics to them of the unit being dirty ( 22 years being outdoor), and I got denied.
