I have been doing my own plumbing and homeowner repairs for the last 30 years. Sometimes you don’t know who you can trust.. There are times when a repair is beyond my skill set. I meant to write this review last year, when Kevin helped me with an emergency repair (during PEAK demand for plumbers, in winter heating season.) My A/C broke one day, and I called Matrix. I did have warranty but their techs were busy so they suggested to call my own and then I will be reimbursed. Issue was with 2 small parts that got rusted ($50 value), the charge was $580. I did not care about it much, as I thought to be reimbursed, and Ok'ed the job.Well, the Matrix tech in convo with my warranty told them that I did not maintain the unit, supplied pics to them of the unit being dirty ( 22 years being outdoor), and I got denied. Kevin is the absolute best! We had a complex AC installation and he did a fantastic job. He did it the right way, was extremely communicative throughout the process, and went above and beyond for us. We were new to the area and got the referral for Matrix from our neighbor. Hiring Kevin was the best decision we made and we will recommend Matrix Heating and Cooling to everyone!
