Purchased the Matrix Performance Stepmill recently. It arrived quickly as promised and I assembled it myself. When I plugged it in the display would not turn on. I emailed the team and they linked me to Dustin to help me with troubleshooting. I work a full time job outside of the gym so I could only work on the problem after hours. We purchased a Matrix basketball system two years ago, and despite putting it away for the winter, it's falling apart. I tried half a dozen times to reach someone about purchasing replacement parts, and nobody bothered to get back to me. The quality of the product and dismal customer service was very disappointing.

It’s going to be 2 months since I am with matrix gym and Suraj . It’s been a good experience . All my time , I wasn't sure if I should join the gym or not because the thing which kept me held back was I don’t know what to do in a gym . Suraj has done a great job at teaching be step by step and building a workout plan for me suitable to me. I am happy that I joined matrix gym and Suraj is training me . Very pleased with the service and treadmill we purchased. They did a great job in installing and making sure the equipment worked properly. Would definitely recommend to others looking to purchase high-end fitness equipment.
