Garry is incredibly knowledgeable, and brings a wealth of experience and a unique approach to his teaching. I attend the cardio classes at this gym and find them great for people of all fitness levels and ages. It is a friendly relaxed atmosphere where fitness and wellbeing find priority over pose. The owner/trainer Garry is able to tailor the training to suit your ability and results soon follow. Their casual rates make it easy for me to enjoy classes based around my busy schedule. This gym is Coburg's best kept secret. 5 Stars.
