Great place! The gentleman that helped me was very professional and honest. I had charging issues on my iPhone, and it only took him cleaning it to fix it. He could have said he put in a new port and charged whatever, but didn’t, and cleaned my speaker ports as well for free. Great customer service!
These guys know their stuff and are honest about the work. My son was having charging port issues with his iPhone 7 so we called around. After calling a couple different places, getting quotes high and low, Mobile Matrix Repair was the only shop that was honest with me. Turns out the charge ports in the iPhone 7’s are too new to really be having issues. So they said bring it in and let them have a look. Turned out it was just some pocket lint.
