Pat and the Matrix team take care of our carpets once a year and do an amazing job. Great availability, quick response, competitive pricing, and fantastic quality. They also recently came out next day and removed a large carpet stain to the point where you had no idea it was ever there. They didn’t need to, but treated the entire hallway and stairs just to be extra thorough. Greatly appreciate the wonderful service and will be our only carpet treatment company as long as we’re in the Chicago area.
The Matrix team did a wonderful job shampooing and sanitizing my carpet. We just got a puppy and our carpets needed it to say the least. All of the stains are removed and it looks like brand new! I highly recommend.
