Matrix Basement systems did an amazing job. Thomas as our project manager was on top of it, helping us get the things we needed to be adjusted during the project as it progressed. Everything was done on time and having the builder app was useful so we could coordinate with our schedule at home. Highly recommend
Work quality was superb, and the subcontractors who came to the house were very efficient and professional! Schedule went smoothly and Matrix was responsive to all requests and queries! We highly recommend them for basement remodeling!
I really hate leaving bad reviews, but we have had FIVE appointments cancelled, all of them the day of or day before, several of them within an hour of our scheduled appointment. Absurd. My wife and I rearranged our schedules to accommodate their two hour appointments for nothing. Apologies were nonexistent other than the generic "sorry for the inconvenience" when they offered to reschedule, they still only offered when two people were home. We love our new basement! Ron, our project manager, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. His experience in the field definitely showed whenever we had questions about any part of the job! His close attention to detail was quick to pick up any foreseeable issues which moved our project along efficiently.
