Matrix was great to work with! We had signed up just under a year ago with expectations that it would be completed by the end of the year (they wanted to come right away). They worked with us based on the timeframe we laid out. Completed the work in a month time frame just before the end of year. Couldn't be more satisfied with the end result that feels like you are on the upper level of the home!
Matrix did an excellent job finishing our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The work was high quality, well-organized, and completed smoothly. Our project manager, Rick, truly stood out—he was always on time, always willing to answer our calls at any time, and consistently helped move the process along efficiently. His communication and dedication made the entire experience stress-free. We highly recommend Matrix and especially Rick for any basement finishing project.
All their crews did a great job with our basement remodel! Ron was our point of contact and was always very responsive and helpful with anything we needed throughout the process.
