Just sharing my experience. I was told the eccentric bolts on my lower control arms were seized, but was assured he could still set the toe properly and that my steering wheel would be straight. I paid full price for a four-wheel alignment (even though only the front can be adjusted on my truck). Afterward, the truck pulled harder to the right and the steering wheel was left off-center — an issue I did not have before.
