My experience at Matrix started off great. I took my car in, had Tony- who runs the office, i believe- look it over and give me a time estimate. He said he could have all part ordered and in within a few days. I was so excited it would be done quickly. So, brought in my car, got my rental and waited to hear when it would be done. With Labor Day approaching, and with me going out of town, I actually left my car with them an additional 4 days and told them I'd be in first thing that Tuesday to pick it up.
