My experience at Matrix started off great. I took my car in, had Tony- who runs the office, i believe- look it over and give me a time estimate. He said he could have all part ordered and in within a few days. I was so excited it would be done quickly. So, brought in my car, got my rental and waited to hear when it would be done. Awesome Job!!! We have taken 3 of our cars to Matrix - one was our 4Runner that got into a scrape and two others were more serious accidents. Each time Matrix did an amazing job - the car was almost better after the repair than before the accident. I had work inspected for a rear end collision that Matrix repaired for an insurance claim and I was told it was an outstanding job. This is the ONLY place I will take any of my cars if I ever get into an accident. They are fabulous.
