I made the payment on Feb/09 and they sent me a mail notice on Feb/12 saying that I still haven't paid the balance and is going to send the payment to collection. What a rubbish company
Same as others have expressed here. Shady billing practices, no notices or written contact; only collections years after the fact. Orriginal facility, matrix anesthesia, and debt collector all claim they are operating per regulation despite evidence otherwise. They have brought it upon themself that their faulty misconduct is being reported to the attorney general, and a lawsuit for the direct personal injury and damage they have caused. Got the baby delivered at Overlake hospital and got the calls from collections 1 year after the delivery that bill from Matrix Anesthesia is due since May 2024 and reported to collections. No emails, letters or calls were made to us reporting for this charge. They are charging the whopping fee for their technician of $4000 and couldn’t even confirm why they are charging separately from the hospital. What the hell, if you have tie up with evergreen health, then the bill should be reflected in myChart app. I never received any bill. I wasn't even aware that there is a pending bill and I do not check my mails very often. I directly receive a call from a collection agency, and they told me that my credit score is impacted since i didn't pay the bill. How am I supposed to know that I need to pay the bill!!!!
Received a bill which didn't tell when the service was provided, nor did they provide any detail or say there is an online payment option (I only found the online payment option after searching internet). I don't have any doctor visit that could relate to them in the past half year. So it's probably for something happened last year.
