I had a big order of brown pressure treated wood, 35% of the boards were defective. They even charged me the delivery for the exchange of the boards. I will never order from there again.
I have purchase windows and Garage doors from pont Masson, not only I did not get any proper service, they refuse to correct the defect and causing so much trouble and inconvenience, buyer beware is the worst place to buy, I learn my lesson and I will “Never ever buy anything from them again “
Very amazing place. The staff are amazing and they are always there to help no matter what you want. I will recommend it to anyone that I know. Service counter staff , there is a staff name Lydia she truly represents pont masson, very polite and helpful keep up the good service
