We had the honor of working with Kaitlyn today as our piercer. She was so kind, knowledgeable, thorough, kept the piercing studio clean and sanitized immaculately, her demeanor was so friendly and welcoming. It was busy! We were a walk-in appt. Professional and clean, if a bit pricey. I can't find our girl's card for her name- but fantastic attitude and interactions with my child for her piercings, and my wife and I for ours. Not a huge fan of the walk-in and wait-in-line experience, but it is what it is 🤷 I especially appreciate that she didn't cut any corners with her aseptic technique :D

We did a walk-in about 7 weeks ago with four people (got a total of 6 piercings) and had the best experience! Our body piercer was so helpful and sweet! I believe our piercers name is May! Today, I called with questions regarding the healing process of one of my piercings and received extremely kind and knowledgeable instructions on how to move forward. Such a beautiful, professional and well priced shop!
