There is some very nice doctors and clinicians but the practice is very unorganised. The front line people need training or mentoring and the systems are not streamlined or efficient! What a giant waste of time!
Dr Stephanie is honestly the best Dr. she has made me feel understood and so comfortable to talk about mental health. It’s taken me years and years to find someone like Dr Stephanie. So beyond grateful for her.
The doctors are good in my experience and that is of course very important. That said, I have awarded 3 stars because they switched over to take me off bulk billing without advising me of this at any point - until after a consultation when I was unexpectedly given a $130 bill on the way out. I don't think they contractually have the basis to do this. Surely they could have emailed me of this change, mentioned it when I called to make an appointment or when I checked in.
