I would NEVER go back to this place again or recommend them to anyone. I called and spoke with the owner Matou and told her what kind of braids I wanted and that I was pregnant so I needed two persons to do my hair to cut down on the time i'm sitting. She assured me that would be no problem and that with 2 people doing it, it would take no more than 4 hours. Well that braid session turned into 8 1/2 HOURS.
