If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 I would do so! BEWARE!! I was charged $80.00 total to hem a simple pair of athletic pants and a maxi dress, both were straight forward hems, nothing fancy! My fault I did not ask cost PRIOR to leaving my items bc I wouldn’t have left them, I will also have to take my dress to a reputable business to correct the very crooked hem on dress that cost me $60.00 for terrible work!! Did an amazing job on a prom dress.
Just got off the phone with Matos, I asked if they could hem a tshirt for a short guy and they said depends how much had to come off. I said it's a one cut about 6" and a hem, how much. The girl said "it depends on length" which made no sense. When I asked why it cost per inch and not per hem the girl hung up on me. I have 7 tshirts that need to be hemmed, not sure why they didn't want my business.
