Nice private place to visit expensive for day trip to get In , very secluded lots of jellyfish in this area...
We didn't stay but we parked and walked down to the beach and searched for teeth. Fantastic experience, the people in the office are always wonderful. Truly good people.
Very cool experience. Found some really cool fossils but unfortunately no shark teeth. Very nice owners of the park. Be prepared to get wet to gain access to the northern beaches.
Between visits to several other sites in the past year or so, Matoaka is by far my favorite for the quality of the beach and its fossils. Some days I walk away with quantity, others I leave with quality, but never have I had a trip that disappointed. The right combination of patience, persistence, a good eye, and some luck will yield great results!
