It’s very secluded and my daughter loves to find sea ships
We drove for over two hours to get to Matoaka Beach Cabins with high hopes, but our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the treatment we received was poor and the service was terrible. They made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which completely ruined our visit. After such a long drive, we expected at least friendly and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We do not recommend this place and would not return.
Our experience at Matoaka Beach Cabins was terrible. The service was abysmal, and the staff treated us with a very bad attitude and a lack of courtesy. At no point did they show any interest in helping or making our stay pleasant. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. There are many places that truly value their customers; unfortunately, this is not one of them. We would not return, and we definitely do not recommend it.
