There is no way you can get a phone call through to nobody
Made a phone call to General District tryn to simply get the address and to check on a ticket and was hung up on 6 times cause was wanting them to check the acct never been so terribly treated the entire office needs to be retrained on how to talk to ppl on the phone I'm no Karen was very nice they need to learn the same they didn't even deserve the one star but to make a review think one hasta be given
The staff here acts hateful and are unwilling to assist properly with any request.
Always eager to do anything illegal they can.
Nice building. Everyone that works here is nice.
