GARBAGE company! Total scammers. They'll take your money, and then not ship your item for a solid week at least. When you ask them about it they give you a nothing-response stating info freely available on their site about timelines and whether or not they have the product in stock. If it's not in stock, DON'T SELL IT! Then when you ask for a refund, they'll "generate a shipping label" instantly, and when you can see it hasn't left the warehouse on UPS shipping, if you demand a refund, they'll ignore you for two days, then s... read more
DO NOT USE, trust the negative reviews guys. It's all okay until you are the one scorned. Abysmal company with abysmal policies. Claiming to not being able to EXCHANGE a hair product which is SEALED in their original packing still, unopened, due to (get this) 'HYGIENE REASONS'. Um, did you sell me UNDERWEAR? Late shipment, no contact number (for now very obvious reasons). Avoid like the plague. You are better off paying a few dollars extra than dealing with this scam of a business.
