I took my car here a while back, to get a quote for repairs. I talked to the owner's son who seems like a good guy and left my car for an inspection to see how bad the damage was. The owner called me and was not friendly. He didn't ask me when he could start repairs, instead he told me when he would start repairs and the cost. I'm guessing it was a break down in communication but I will not deal with him again. I went with Ozark Auto body in Harrison and had a way better experience.
Great customer service. Mike and Cole had my truck fixed up like new and took the liberty to even touch up a spot on my hood that wasn’t even part of the original repair. They went above and beyond!
