followed up with owner as a result of an encounter he had today with my son who parked in the wrong lot. A note was left on our windshield, and the owner proceeded to express their anger and displeasure by physically pressing his chest into my son, holding the car door closed and then standing in front of the car as to attempt to not allow him to leave the lot. Took vehicle to Matlock for routine service. Dropped off at 8:15 AM. Was told that the service would take 4 hours. Arrived back at the facility at 4 PM and was told they were just finishing up. At 6 PM, I got my vehicle back. When I asked why it took longer than the 4 hours, I was told that they worked other customers first who were waiting on their vehicle. I asked when the work on my vehicle actually started, they told me 3:30 PM. Looks like I lost the use of my vehicle all day for nothing. Moral of the story is if... read more
