First of all, reviews are not something that I do. That being said, there are not enough stars for this review. Our daughter experienced vehicle problems on Christmas Eve day. On a move from Denver to Seattle, she found a business that proves there are still good people in business. Brian, you are definitely one of those people! Vehicle fixed and on the road quickly and at a very fair price. Five stars and a three star bonus for doing what you didn’t have to do.
The only thing worse than having car trouble on a trip is having your daughter have car troubles on a trip! Brian was very helpful and transparent with what he was seeing & doing. Treated us great. Highly recommend.
I do not recommend this shop if it's anything besides an air conditioner compressor. I'll start with the good. Great with communication and fixed my daughters ac compressor quickly. My vehicle is another story. I originally took it in to make sure it was safe to drive because the check engine light came on. Was told it was something to do with electrical. Was also told my battery was on its last leg. I didn't have any battery issues before I took it to this shop. Once I got my vehicle back, I replaced the battery. I once had... read more
We were traveling through the area when we had car problems. Our vacation could have been ruined, but luckily we found Matlock Repair. Brian not only fixed our problem, but was very accommodating, honest and easy to work with. We recommend him and wish his shop was in our home town!
