I am a new patient to this office, and my experience was great. Yes, there is construction, so plan ahead. Yes, being on time is taken seriously, but the wait time to see the doctor was very reasonable. The front desk staff were pleasant, the medical assistant was helpful, and she made me feel very welcomed. Dr. Whitfield was superb! She's knowledgeable, informative, patient, and she listened attentively to my concerns. I am all about quality care, and I felt I received just that type of care.
Wife and I tried calling this place, we were on hold for about 30 minutes with no answer, when we got to the actual office still being on hold with them we saw 2 employees just sitting around.why does no one answer the phone in this damn office, why hire a call center that doesn't do their simple job. This place is CRAP and do NOT recommend for ANYONE
This office is incredible. They were very attentive, kind, and understanding. I felt very comfortable and felt like they really cared about me. Dr. Gadson was incredible.
Everything from making the appointment, checking in , the short wait time, meeting the medical assistant, the Doctor and the exam was great! I loved how comfortable everyone made me feel and how Dr. Whitfield came in to talk prior to the exam and then again after.
