Had my first appointment July 1st, did bloodwork at Mansfield Location. July 2nd went to Arlington location for first ultrasound. Found out I am having twins. July 6, blood work came back and raised some concerns, especially since this is a twin pregnancy. I messaged Dr. Fortenberry via the portal on July 9. Today is July 20th and I noticed that at the top of each test result there is a message that says "Please note: This lab result is yet to be reviewed by the provider". The staff is friendly and efficient from checkin to the appointment then the lab. Dr. Uzoma is an amazing professional! I've been a longtime patient and intend to stay!
The doctor, nurse, and office staff were all extremely kind, professional, and considerate throughout my visit. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for. My only concern was the wait time, as it was nearly an hour from my arrival until I was seen by the doctor. Overall, I would rate my experience an 8 out of 10. If the wait time were improved, it would have been an excellent visit.
Very impressed with Dr. Greve and his entire team. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I know I am in good hands with their care.
