I’ve been trying to get a refund for a full tank that had to be picked up, which I paid $615.38, and it’s been over 3 weeks and I’m getting the run around. She keeps saying she submitted it to the owner. Still no refund in my bank. Very upsetting to see how they’ve conducted business with me!
This company is bad news. The office people are rude. They store their propane in Rye, and then you are charged for more propane then you get. Then when you tell them to come get their tank, they don’t tell you there is a charge for that until they send you a bill for $100.
