I contacted Matlock Construction to bid some work because they offer free estimates on their website. Ken Matlock visited my home and I was verbally given one price. Several weeks later I received a written quote, for approximately 100% more than the verbal quote. When I questioned why I was given several different contradicting explanations, none of which made any sense. Because of this I didn't feel comfortable continuing with them.
