I’ve been dealing with this company for many years now and have always had a positive and good relation with them. Matlin really takes their time to make sure that their customers are taken care of. They are profusely efficient with the work they do and work is completed on time. This is the most poorly run company I have ever dealt with. I have waited 3+ months for a repair to be scheduled (an extremely easy job for any glass pro), but the people who run this organization can't even return a phone call, email, or reply to a "CONTACT US" email directly to their website. I placed 30-40 calls or emails to them over the course of 3 months, and all I got was "we're extremely backed up with new jobs."
