Very nice and easygoing, was my first time getting waxed and she made it a great experience
I got a facial and I was amazed at how good my skin felt after! Marlen was very thorough and took time to explain each step to me, why she was using the products she did, and how to keep my skin healthy. I would definitely go back, and highly recommend!
