Matia avoid her as an Arbitrator!!!!! DO not use her, unless you like wasting time and money!!! Matia is a horrible arbitrator, who lacks the ability to enforce awards, make decisions in a timely manner, constantly disappears for months, does not follow her own direction causing massive delays and additional issues and stress for the parties involved. There was more cost trying to get results from Matia then necessary.
