What a disappointment - we were thrilled at first when we met Phil Matkins a month ago. He said he would be able clean and paint our fence in 3-4 weeks. That was a month ago. We selected our paint color and emailed that to the office Monday and asked for acknowledgement of the email. Dead Silence. Dead Silence on the phone - just a total lack of communication. Phillip responded to my call on a Saturday after work hours and even came to my home that night to look at the work I needed. He showed up on time Tuesday morning and was finished by noon. His work was excellent, his manner was professional and our conversation was inspiring. Matkins will be my go to paint company and should be your company too!
