If you were looking for affordable housing, keep looking. This place is cramped together, parking is very limited and I got borderline claustrophobic just driving through. The home prices are not affordable and the HOA fees make it easy to move on… keep looking, these are not the droids you are looking for…
Beautiful homes the just don't tell you there's a 500 a month HOA and 4200 a year Mello roos charge.
