Our final arrangements for my mother were handled with complete care and professionalism at a time when I had not ever made funeral arrangements. They took care of everything from flowers and soloist to final arrangements in Philadelphia. Every aspect of the process was easy and without stress at a time I could not handle stress. When my father was diagnosed with a terminal illness, my sister contacted Matinchek and Daughter to arrange for his cremation when he passed. Upon his passing, we contacted them to finalize the arrangements. Paula was very rude and told me many times that they were very busy with six other funerals. After telling her several times who I was (on several different phone calls) she asked me how I was related to my father.
