Delightful period cottage in the prettiest Blue Mountains town, Leura. Comfortable in every respect, with all facilities inc laundry. The nights were cool so the gas log fire, radiator, heat lamps in the bathroom and electric blankets made it super cosy. The litre of Red the hosts left us was much appreciated (& also warming!). Situated in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood only 1 km or so to the town centre. We highly recommend ''Matildas'' in all respects. We thoroughly enjoyed our week-end stay at Matilda's, the accommodation was perfect for our needs (a group of friends catching up after a long absence due to recent isolation). Warm and cosy, well appointed, spotlessly clean and in a very convenient location for walking to and from the mall when no-one would volunteer to be the designated driver! The owners left us a very thoughtful welcome pack too. We will be back!
My wife and I stayed at Mailda's of Leura during July 2019. Everything we perfect from the booking process to check-in/check-out to the accommodation itself. The owners were great to deal with. The accommodation was fantastic, well maintained and had everything we required and more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED has your home away from home when holidaying in the Blue Mountains.
