This is the way medicine used to be. Dr. Taddeo takes the time to get to know her patients. She's an excellent diagnostician and doesn't believe in just giving a prescription for whatever the latest fad medication is. Her nurse, Cathy knows our family story and we know hers. Stacey, her receptionist knows my voice and is always cheerful and friendly. While she is a competent doctor to be fair, her receptionist is rude and unprofessional, and, to cut corners, she uses a third party billing company based out of White Plains, whose owner not only has mental issues, but he is extremely abraisive and unknowledgeable on insurance issues. Beware medicaid and medicare patients. Your can do better for a phyiscian.
Dr. Taddeo is an excellent physician, as are the nurses. Unfortunately, the office receptionist, the first person a patient sees, should be held to the highest standards. Patients should not be taken advantage of and subjected to disrespectfulness and rudeness by a receptionist. I'm considering changing my physician due to the bad behavior. The receptionist needs to improve, and I'll leave it at that. Thank you.
This Dr is incompetent and should be revoked from further using her license. She has been my father's primary and is failing to help him. My father has a pace maker and on top of that developed COPD clearly, but she calls in a medication for Motion sickness instead of checking him in person to take his vitals. Unprofessional and disheartening that this is how doctors carry themselves today!
Dr Taddeo is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met. She listens and truly cares about what is ailing you. She has no airs about her, she is very knowledgeable but down to earth when it comes to explaining her diagnosis. Nothing but 5 stars!!!
