Horrible verbal encounter and service with this individual! After referring him to a solid 2 year contract with a tenant of mine, this individual repays me with ignorance and compete lack of professionalism! This individual agrees to cover a minor sink hole and first agrees to charge me $60.00. After the job is completed, he states that the charge would be $110.00.
