I’m very frustrated with my experience with this office.... Especially after reading the two most recent reviews describing the exact same issues I've had with this office. On 3/5, I called to request a new patient appointment. I was previously a patient of Dr. Mathura through AdventHealth years ago and needed a new primary care physician. Probably one of the worst experiences ever to try to become a new patient. Never in my long life have a had to submit paperwork BEFORE being able to schedule an appointment. It's now been 5 weeks since I've sent in my papers, and I've called twice to check on progress. They are unable to tell me if (or when) my paperwork will be processed in order to be "approved" to become a new patient, regardless of the fact that they're listed as "accepting new patients" and are in network with my care plan. I contacted this office on Monday to make an appointment as a new patient. I was told I needed to go on the website and fill out all the paperwork needed and email it to them prior to making an appointment. I found that odd but did it anyway. I didn't hear anything from them so I called on Wednesday. A young woman picked up and asked if I could hold, I said of course. I was on hold for about 5 minutes before I called back. I have been a patient of Dr. Judith and Shiva Mathura for over 10 years. As old as I am, I can tell you that after all these years, these two, especially Dr. Judith Mathura are THE best General Practicioners you will ever find. Dr. Judith has on many occasions found things that specialist missed. She and her husband are godsends. They really care and take the time to listen, really listen, and make the proper diagnosis. My family is blessed to have found them.

Dr Shiva Mathura is the only doctor that I've been to that makes me feel like he cares about my wellbeing. He takes the time to really listen and has helped me be a healthier me.
