I have never heard of it taking 3 weeks to become a new patient at a Dr's office. Still haven't received any call or response to my email. Very unprofessional.
Dr.Judith Mathura I was your patient in DeLand office and I really like you that's the reason I came back. But the man who works at the front desk is very rude, he is not a customer friendly person. He is chasing your customers away from you.
The doctors are wonderful but the front desk is horrible and they treat you like trash especially the male receptionist.
I have been seeing the Mathura doctors for a few years now and I absolutely love them! I have never had doctors take so much time to explain and address any medical issue you have. If it is something not in their wheelhouse they will refer you to specialist who can help you. I HIGHLY recommend these doctors.
You like strange this is your place. LADIES always stand up for yourself. Use that INTUITION that the good Lord instilled in you. Why you can’t leave zero stars is ridiculous.
