I lived in one of the townhouses. Modern and nice looking. The lack of communication is terrible. From day one any time you tried to contact for questions or about maintenance they completely ignored you. I never had any maintenance request filled and never had any work done on my townhouse in 2 years. They raised my rent without ever telling me. Just started posting I owed them more money each month. The "property manager" Mary is an atrocious human. Not only does she lie to tenants, she makes empty threats to try to keep people in control. Not worth renting here, they don't even pay attention to maintenance tickets. All the front office staff seem like they constantly have an attitude issue, which they should probably address ASAP if they want to retain customers.
