Extremely disappointed how the owner is handling my situation. Careful when you pause or cancel your child's next session. My card was still charged, not once but twice after bringing it to his attention multiple times! Owner Stevens said he'd give me my refund and two weeks went by and NOTHING. It's about to be TWO months and I haven't heard back from him or received my refund back. That's $718 taken from my account!!
Not worth the money and very bad customer service. At the beginning is fine but when they are assisting several students at the same time, your session becomes a 20 minute instead of a hour. Be careful when trying to cancel the service. They will ask to send a mail to cancel and they won't answer back. Even the owner won't answer the mails when sent directly to him. Currently I am disputing the changes with my bank. Don't recommend it to anyone.
Mathnasium is great! All of instructors are very friendly and beyond helpful. They have great programs for the kids and even offer different type of summer camps
I highly recommend Mathnasium - it is a great place for any child who is struggling with Math. My son attends sessions here and we have seen great improvement in his work and attitude with Math. Great team of tutors, keep up the excellent work.
My 17-year-old has always struggled with math—like, since first grade. Every day after math class, he gets in the car completely frustrated, even pulling his hair out and venting. It’s been rough. He’s been going to Mathnasium in Port St. Lucie for about a month now, and tonight they sent me a picture of him mastering a math skill—with the BIGGEST smile on his face. Like, WHAT?! Holy cow.
