I highly recommend Mathnasium of Tyler. My granddaughter started struggling with math I. 3rd grade. Up until then she had been an A student in math and now she was a C at best. After tutoring and helping as much as I could. Frustration on both our parts, I was told about Mathnasium. I decided to try it. She started it in Sep 2013 and within the first semester she had already pulled her grade in math up from a low C to a B.
