We had a great run for several years with Keller Mathnasium prior to them moving to the new location on Keller Parkway. I canceled the service in October 2024 for both my kids. I signed the cancelation forms and submitted them in their office to the manager, as requested. They let me know they would delete the credit card info and remove our name from the list. It is surprising to see these great reviews, our family's experience was very disappointing with this Mathnasium of Keller. Not worth the high price charged, and good luck cancelling the service without a lot of trouble. Not great customer service, and lack of good management practices.
This center is wonderful. With both a positive and open learning environment, and a friendly atmosphere filled with kindness from each and every worker, patience from each instructor to the students, and communication that does no disparage learning. Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for their child or any student to fill in gaps, get ahead and learn more, or even just for practice.
