My child has struggled with math for a while. She was hesitant to try and new math tutoring center. After her initial visit to Mathnasium, she felt better about herself and enjoyed her math session. There is no price you can put on a child's self esteem. I am very grateful that I made the switch to mathnasium.
My son has been attending Mathnasium of Torrance and it's been a fantastic experience. He actually looks forward to his sessions — which says everything. When I asked him what he likes about it, he said "it's fun and it makes me like math." As a parent, that's exactly what you want to hear. The instructors know how to keep kids engaged while still challenging them. Highly recommend to any parent looking to build their child's confidence and love for math.
We have enrolled our sons for a little over a year and they have made such progress! Their director, Howard and all of their knowledgeable instructors are the best. My older son has been able to study for the accelerated math test during his 5th grade by taking an assessment to see where he was and he was able to successfully place in 7th grade math. I'm confident that my son will continue to do well with their homework help and ensuring he stays ahead. Thank you so much!
Mathnasium has been a great experience for our kids. The staff is friendly, supportive, and makes learning math enjoyable. We also really appreciate the communication with parents and the effort they make to keep us updated on our children’s progress.
